We have a wonderful team of 5 lovely ladies at Hendreds preschool. All of the team have years of experience and knowledge in abundance with a passion for working in early years.
Natasha is our Manager at Hendreds Preschool. Natasha has been working in early years for 10+ years in nursery settings. Natasha has been at Hendreds Preschool since April 2025. Natasha has two children that both attended Hendreds Preschool with her youngest currently still attending. Natasha loves to see children use their natural curiosity to explore and discover the world around them. Natasha is Level 3 qualified, is paediatric first aid trained and is also a trained DSL. Natasha works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Cherrelle is our deputy manager. She has been working in early years for 20+ years – this has been in nursery settings and nannying. Cherrelle has been at Hendreds Preschool since October 2022 and she is level 3 qualified. Cherrelle has a passion for childcare and having the freedom for expression in our setting. Cherrelle has 3 of her own children and is Paediatric first aid trained and is also the Deputy DSL at Hendreds preschool. Cherrelle works Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Jasmine is one of our early years practitioners, Jasmine gained her level 2 qualification at school whilst completing experience in another local preschool. Jasmine joined us in June 2025 and the children love her. Jasmine is also paediatric first aid trained.
Pip is our SENDCO at Hendreds Preschool, she has been in early years for 4 years and has been at Hendreds since June 2024. Pip is level 3 qualified and has worked predominantly in preschools. Pip enjoys supporting children with their development and growth as they transition from early years into school, she is also Paediatric first aid trained and the Wellcomm lead at Hendreds Preschool. Pip works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
