The sunshine is coming - Please remember to bring to named hats and sun cream to preschool

Lunches - We are so pleased to see many of our little ones with fruit in their lunches, but it is important to remember that fruits like grapes and blueberries are choking hazards. These NEED to be sliced lengthways and if in doubt quartered.

All wrappers and packets in lunchboxes will be coming home, this is to help maintain a calm lunchtime and discourages children from leaving the table to put their wrappers in the bin.

What are we learning?

This term our focus is on Spring and lifecycles. The children are very excited to be able to see our caterpillars transforming into butterflies. The children can see this transition which we will also use to help explain and prepare our older children ready for September.

End of day - We have been trialling a new way to collect the children at the end of the day. We ask all parents to wait in the foyer and we will ask the children to collect their belongings and come to greet you rather than you coming into the preschool, this is another great step in helping to prepare the children for primary school. If you would like to speak to a member of the team at collection, we ask you to wait until the other children have been collected. Thank you for you cooperation for this.

Activities! - The preschool does such an amazing job organising activities, but there are some other great companies that we are getting in to help focus on target sessions. We hope to bring to the preschool very soon Forest School, Athletic sessions, and music groups and many more! Keep your eyes peeled for more information.
